"Up front, I want to be clear that this is a hostel. We were pleased with a very clean room with comfortable bed. We hit a snag with check in that the late staff dealt with that night. Their response, and the follow up with us the following, goes a long way to the positivity of our stay."

"Overall it well suited my requirements. I was pleased to find it central to the places I needed to go to while in Wellington. The onsite manager was friendly, very helpful and available to assist with anything if required. The only downside for me personally was that my room, which had a glass door and very large window fronting the courtyard the opposite rooms, which left me no privacy when the curtains were open. In saying this, I wouldn't hesitate to use the hotel again if it suited my travel agenda. "
