"Nice wee place, freshly done up and reasonably priced. No instructions on how the TV worked which would have been helpful. Overall a nice stay. Considering the location it was pretty quiet. Had an issue with a faulty smoke alarm (of course when we were in bed lol) but owner came straight away and fixed the issue. Great locality to shopping centre and supermarkets."

"Pro: Easy to find. Super convenient 15 parking across the street, with all day in/out. Great location, close to everything - 10 min walk to Te Papa, 5 to Cuba St. Clean. Quiet and off street.Con: This place is VERY small - maybe 180 sq ft including the bathroom, excluding staircase. Not really good for 3 people, though advertised as such. The folding sofa bed is unstable on its legs and not comfortable. No ventilation to speak of - only 1 window in bedroom opens 4 inches. Nothing in any other...
