"It is a great place with a fantastic location with a view and private access to the pool. Amazing sunsets and good location with easy access to the fish and food night markets and shopping IF YOU HAVE A SCOOTER!! The hill would be a tough one to scale multiple times a day on foot. The cleaning crew was amazing and nice and the amenities have now been upgraded by us with wine glases. But when we arrived the kitchen cabinets had a mild moldy smell. "Our host johnny was great! He welcome us late at the evening after long trip. The home was as described. Swimming pool was fantastic and well maintained. All the equipment was in very good condition. The place is great for family stay. Also location is perfect but only is you have car/scooter. Otherwise you'd need to walk about 5min to get a taxi."

"Loved our stay at BEA! Great space to spend 5 nights in Samui, the apartment size is amazing value for money! Big fridge, big bathroom, king bed was so comfortable and pool was great. Walking distance to main streets of Lamai but away from any noise at night. Would definitely stay again, thank you!"
