"Good place to stay if you are on a budget. The elevator takes you to the lobby and then you take different elevators to your room, tapping your room card to get the elevator to stop on a particular floor . The bunk beds were fun but the space is very small. Great views of the city though."

"We chose the hotel based on location, description, style and benefits listed as available to VIP Expedia members. Location did not disappoint, we could not have been closer to theater district, great restaurants and all the attractions we wanted to see. Room was clean but tiny and dark. Also very noisy due to working AC unit outside our window (not ours, that we turned off since the inside one was plenty). Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. It's an old building and the windows are not sound proof, you get the full NYC night action experience. Staff at check in was short with us, not at all welcoming. Check out was brisk. We did not use the parking or visited the bar. The promised free full continental breakfast was only health true. A grab and go was free, the limited sit down menu required additional payment. The restaurant was nice."

"Amazing location, right around the corner from Times Squares and easy walk to other sightseeing things and the subway station. Was worried about noise after reading other reviews because we are light sleepers, but we had no issues! No parking or valet available, but there are garages nearby that can be quite pricey"
