This Luxurious Container Home is designed with a modern feel and look. Two high cube shipping containers were joined together to create a unique space that will surprise you from the moment you enter! This 700 square foot 2Bed/2Bath is cozy but feels spacious with 9 foot ceilings, nook build outs, and large windows that bring in natural light. The living space is extended outdoors with over 1,000 square feet of decking with a Sauna & Two Amazing Fire Pits to Enjoy!

The Home is located off of a maintained road but does require a short drive up an unpaved road (approximately 1 mile). It can be bumpy and dusty but 2-wheel drive is sufficient all year long.

Once you arrive you will find a private drive with plenty of parking and an EV charger.

There is a keyless entry to the home, an access code will be provided to you before check in.

Guests have access to the entire house and all the amenities.

A Luxurious Master Suite with oversized tub, adjustable king bed, private Nook & Workspace, Smart TV/Roku & its own Mini Split for temperature control.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with everything you need to create a delicious meal! Modern appliances, dishwasher, slow cooker, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, blender, toaster, dishware & flatware, cooking basics. We provide some Keurig Pods & Coffee grounds & essentials.

We like to keep the property as natural as possible, so we invite you to enjoy the container home and outdoor areas, but keep to the roads as much as possible when walking or driving.

Our location is in a remote area near Capitol Reef and 15-25 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Please make sure to plan ahead so you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

NO WOOD BURNING FIRES or FIREWORKS: Always high fire danger! No firewood or fireworks allowed on premises for safety reasons. We have provided you with 1 electric and 2 propane fireplaces to enjoy.

NO CLIMBING MOUNTAIN: No climbing sandstone mountain behind the container home.

NO PARTIES PLEASE! We want you to have a great time at our home, but we ask that there are no parties at the house. A quiet neighborhood makes for a great get-away retreat for both guests and our neighbors. Only guests sleeping at the home as a part of the reservation should be on site unless otherwise approved by the owners.

CHILDPROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

ROOFTOP and DECK: Be careful on the deck. It’s gorgeous out there, but don't sit or lean on the railings or climb on the roof. Falling is a quick way to ruin a vacation! We also want to avoid fining you for structural damage and we will accept no responsibility if an incident occurs.

OHV/ATV: No off road riding on the property. We like to keep our property as natural as possible so please keep to the roads and parking areas.

NO SHOOTING: No shooting on property

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON DECK: Smoking only allowed outside and away from the deck. Please be very careful with ashes as there are a lot of trees and dry brush that could easily start a forest fire. We are sorry to be strict about this, thanks for understanding.
