"The breakfast was very good for this type of hotel and offered good value for the price. The location was fairly quiet, and there is a Lidl supermarket only about 100 meters from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, it takes around 45–60 minutes to reach Madrid’s tourist centre by public transportation. The main issue was the air conditioning in the room, which was not working properly and only ran in fan mode. When I asked reception about fixing it, I was told simply to open the window, and no effort was made to repair or activate the AC during my stay."

"Breakfast could be better but it’s ok. First two days, no air conditioning in the rooms (too hot in the nights) but the staff turn it on and the problem was solved (thanks for that) "
