"a couple discrepancies, in reality was my fault because I should’ve requested a little table that was in the picture! But I managed the other thing is the restaurant down below. Everything was fine except the one occasion (I do speak Spanish) I grew up in BUE , I ordered a sandwich went to my room when I realize there was not what they offered the menu(everything else was fine) when I reported that to the manager, there was not any feedback. Perhaps I’m so used to a travel in Asia especially in Japan that if anything goes wrong, they will make something to make it positive I told him what was the problem so the future other guest will encounter this predicament! But nothing happened! Location is great price is great. There were two people they impressed me in the hotel. One of them was Manuel and then another one was Emiliano.! they made my stay in the hotel more comfortable.!"

"La habitación se veía muy antigua. Se escuchaba muchísimo si alguien pasaba por la puerta y me tocó cerca de un baño de uso general. Cada vez que alguien entraba o salía se escuchaba muchísimo la puerta rechinar, cerrarse o abrirse. Era como si estuvieran entrando en la habitación. La puerta del baño de la habitación era de vidrio y no llegana a cubrir hasta el piso ni el techo. Era como una puerta de un baño público. Casi como si estuviera integrada la habitación y el inodoro. No dejan peine, algodones, ni nada de cortesía. Todo el edificio se veía un poco deteriorado. La ubicación es buena, cerca de bares y restaurantes, pero a la vez, la calle del hotel es super tranquila."

"Pros: friendly staff, good location. Cons: the WiFi was not working at all for the entirety of my 3 day trip. I asked everyday and was told “we’ll reboot it” but it never worked. Not acceptable for a city hotel. The hotel had also run out of day passes for the local health club they partner with - again, not acceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as having gym access. If the WiFi had worked and the gym day passes were available, I would have rated the hotel 3 or 4 stars (taking into account the cost). "

"We first got given a room where the bathroom door was tilted of the hinges and wouldn't even close. After asking reception to swap room the staff said there was no rooms left regardless of all the availability I could see online and that the maintenance man would come fix it tomorrow. The next day nothing happened so we complained again the this staff member was nice enough to let us switch room after I showed him all the availability i could see online. Super old however its every conveniently place and affordable. Photos do not match images so yeah book at your own discretion"

"It’s hard to imagine that there is a better place to stay in Buenos Aires. The Palace is a beautiful hotel with incredible service and attention to detail. The concierge staff helped take our trip to a higher level. The hotel is also in a high-end neighborhood and within walking distance of quite a few major sights. We highly recommend!"

"WiFi no good but available . Breakfast only tea, coffee small croissants - hopefully have better options. Elevator useful !"
