"I would give this hotel 0-stars if I could. Was moved from room to room (3 times) only to encounter a room dirtier than the last. Dirt, hair and bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Great location, close to Duomo and main sites. Friendly staff. We had a room for 3 which was very spacious and faced an internal courtyard and was therefore very quiet. Room is very modern and facilities work well. Very clean Nespresso machine was in the room with coffee AND MILK. The pictures are an accurate representation of the rooms. The rooftop bar is a bit overpriced. There are only three (slow) elevators to serve 10 floors which can result in some waiting at peak times.."
