"We enjoyed staying at this property to attend my niece's graduation party. It was affordable for our family of 6 with plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom, move around in the kitchen, and sit down together in the various areas of the house and outside. The location is very close to the Big House and downtown so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. "My daughter and I spent Mother's Day weekend plus a couple more days at this cottage, both last year and this year. It's clean, bright and cheery with a great view of the lake. My daughter went kayaking while I watched from the deck. We went into town on the Saturday night for a nice dinner, but other than that, we spent most of the time in the cottage. Oh, we got tattoos!! That was fun!"

Usually you have to buy all the little things like toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc. Carol had them all....

"Excellent stay at Nice and Cozy. Plenty of room for everyone and i ejoyed that the host had everhing we might have needed tonise. Although the hose was pretty clean, i would suggest a little dusting, especially in the corners in the upstairs bedrooms near the AC units. I would absolutely recommend this this place to anyone visiting the area. "

It was great to have a kitchen and large living space to share. The host was helpful and flexible with our party. Close enough to walk to downtown Tecumseh and enjoy the shops and restaurants. "Everything has been recently updated, so it was nice and very clean. The house sits on a very busy road and the traffic noise was a bit loud for someone who lives in a rural area. Property manager was easy to work with and helped to accommodate a special request we had made. If we are ever in the area we would rent again."

"Were in town for UM function in July and all hotels were twice their usual cost. This place was 20 min away, spacious enough for 4-5 people, has outfitted full kitchen and was equal cost of one night at The Graduate where we have stayed. We would come again if here with family."
