"Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. "It was very hard finding a good size 3 bed that can accommodate my big family and Kuta Townhouse just the perfect gem for me. There are indeed other more expensive options with smaller rooms and pool ( albeit closer to the beach ) however we decided to stay here and was not disappointed. Rooms are massive with bathroom each, big living room, kitchen, many options for swimming pools and the staff are just the most kind. We’ll definitely come back here when we plan to stay in Kuta next...

"I don’t know why anyone would give this place 5 stars. Staff don’t respect boundaries, personal space, or privacy. Each unit gets a set amount of electricity. If you use up your allotment, then you are SOL like I was on a Sunday night at ~9:40pm. Then instead of electricity, you get a chirping noise every 0.8 seconds that never freaking stops! I left early. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of living in Asia. "

"We had a gorgeous suite, with a lot of amenities you dont find elsewhere in Canggu. The breakfasts was amazing each morning and so was the menu for dinner. The pool was clean and beautiful. One day I had a headache and the front reception was kind enough to give me some ibuprofen free if charge. Very hospitable staff. It was a wonderful experience. The only thing that was a tiny bit of a downfall was it was a bit outside of Canggu where we were spending most of our time."
