"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"Nice property 5 minutes from the stunning lake with superstar hosts that will do anything to make your stay pleasant, oh yeah and Blackie the dog my new best friend. "Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. "There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool.
