"Pros: We really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect for us with a short drive to everywhere (having a rented car). The little sitting place in front of the house is absolutely gorgeous - I have not felt relaxed like this in a long time. It's completely quiet at night. Oscar and his parents were lovely and very helpful. Their recommendations of restaurants were spot on. If we ever come back to Lanzarote, we'll definitely stay there again. Tardó 6 días en contestar a los correos y WhatsApp q le enviamos para saber el proceso de check in, y tampoco nos cogió el teléfono hasta que llamamos a Holidu para quejarnos y al día siguiente escribió. La puerta principal de la casa está hinchada del agua que cae desde la azotea cuando llueve y no cierra ni abre, se forma un charco en el baño cada vez que te duchas...

"The staff can’t do enough for you, they accommodated my wife’s dairy intolerance allowing her to enjoy the dining experiences. The gym is of a really high standard - especially for a hotel gym. The amenities in the room are amazing, from flip flops to a beach bag. The room was always clean to a high standard. I wish the parasols around the pool area (we sat in the reserve area) were of a better standard as we had to keep annoying the lovely man by the pool to keep putting it up for us. The all inclusive package is outstanding. So many lovely places to sit and chill (and hide from the windy weather), we always felt we had enough space to relax and enjoy a drink. A huge shout out to Rahul. We look forward to coming back."
