The villa was spacious, clean and had everything the family needed for our holiday, making for an extremely relaxing home-from-home experience. "We had a lovely week in this great villa. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. The master suite is huge. Everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sunbathing on the terrace and swimming in the pool. It's 20 mins walk to the restaurants but we enjoyed the exercise particularly after a large meal out! "Very spacious property with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. Full range of International Satellite TV channels went down well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Character in abundance with a truly stunning entrance and lounge area. 25 to 30 minute walk to centre and beaches which suited us well as we love to walk and a very quiet and relaxing time in the villa. Pram hire for our 4 year old did prove essential. Villa manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues."

"Villa was of decent quality, sofa was clean and comfortable, kitchen was clean, well equipped and of good standard. The bed was very comfortable with a good memory foam mattress, pillows were a bit poor tho, the wardrobe was great with loads of hangers. Bathroom had a couple of mouldy bits and maybe would benefit from some bleach on them, the shower was great and had good pressure. Thought the basin arrangement was a bit weird but work ok, only drawback with the sinks being outside the bathroom...

"This is a superb villa in a perfect location. Extremely private and quiet yet close to shops, restaurants, beach etc. I would recommend it to anyone. Communication with the owner and property manager could not have been better. They were very accommodating about us getting in at the start of the holiday and leaving at the end. "We stay in costa teguise a lot so have stayed in alot of rentals. It was good for our needs but is really needing some upgrading. Having separate bathrooms was great, however ours stank of damp and there is a leak coming from the roof and must have got to the light. Had a few cockroaches which happens in lanzarote but I think more pest treatment is needed. Not enough towels, my mum had to use beach towels. We had no details of when the cleaner was to come so better communication is a must. But...

For us the location works well being in a quiet area but close to Teguise and usual tourist sites. The hosts were really helpful throughout and visited on arrival to talk through the property. "The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, but the food really stood out, we opted for half board, lots of breakfast options available, a large selection of smoothies and juices, the food in the evening was always warm, with lots of good choice available, the cocktails were very well made in the lounge area. We ate in the restaurant for lunch too, and it was really enjoyable, quick service, with or without booking, even though this wasn’t included in our package, it was well worth paying for. There was always loungers available, and a nice quiet environment to relax "
