"The first room was perfect, the ocean view was incredible. We had a issue with the wifi, which the hotel couldn’t sort out, but Luiz offered us a different room to stay. And oh my God! It was even better than the first one. I am from Recife but my partner is from the UK. We got engaged during the New Year’s fireworks in Boa Viagem, and at the check in, Daniel, the receptionist provided us with a lovely voucher to use at the fancy breakfast restaurant. Unfortunately my partner didn’t receive his meal on time, so he left without eating, but the service was amazing. We are definitely coming back, and we might stay over again for our Wedding day too! "
