O Hotel, como um todo, necessita de reforma, manutenção mais adequada. Era feita a limpeza do quarto, mas eu encontrei baratinhas circulado de madrugada... não é feita a dedetização periódica. Coloquei reclamação na caixa de manifestações dos hóspedes. Os funcionários sempre solícitos. Até...!!!

A estadia foi excelente, tem seus pontos positivos e negativos. 1 - pessoal da recepção sempre solicitos e educados 2 - quarto em que ficamos era amplo e ar condicionado novo gelava bem 3 - hotel tem uma localização privilegiada, bem proximo da praia com arrecifes (local para banho de mar) 4 - café da manha era simples mas bem gostoso, justo pelo preço cobrado (custo beneficio) 5- pegamos um quarto que nos deu a vista para parte de mar. O amanhecer ficou lindo demais (quarto 904 rs) Os pontos negativos. 1- o hotel esta em reforma, infelizmente sujaram meu carro todo com poeira de obra pois estava mais proximo da saída no subsolo. 2- a limpeza dos quartos antes do checkin poderia ser melhor, ficamos cim a impressão que nao tinha sido limpo. 3- os itens de uso para hospede tinham aspectos de bem usados ou finos, mas todos os itens estavam usavéis e serviu para o proposito. (Dica como hotelesta em reforma , invistam tambem em rouparia e camas novas passará impressão melhor) 4- os elevadores estavam funcionais mas alguns tem aspecto de amassado ou fazem barulho quando passam em certos andares (acaba deixando impressão ruim)

Hotel péssimo, parece hotel pré histórico, instalações antigas, elevador só está funcionando com a misericórdia de Deus mesmo, instalações com ferrugem, cama com cheiro de mofo, porta estranha no meio do quarto pra dar acesso à outro quarto, cama dura, chuveiro sem água quente, controle e tv não funcionam direito, ar condicionado só de enfeite porque não gela. Enfim, péssimo, não recomendo.
