Great boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. Perfect location to get everywhere. Staff are amazing and Shay was an incredible host, willing to assist and give advice. The rooms are a little small but to be expected in TLV. But they are clean, beds are super comfortable and everything you want is available. The coffee machine an added bonus. Will definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

Ideal location , shenkin is a great street to be near. So many great cafes and shops.
Reception staff all lovely as we’re cleaning staff
Sam was AMAZING!!! He made the experience great. He was the best receptionist- always smiling - always talking with us - always eager to accommodate - always funny and fun - always offering us free beer and arak and even wine for kiddush
He made the experience
Some rooms are small but the location is perfect - smack in the center of Sheinkin
Walking distance to the shook and nahalat binyamin and the beach is 12 minute walk
Other that not making our room for a few days all went well

The property itself is good. Most of the front desk personnel was great, except for one. The first 4 nights they put us in a nice room, /after a few days we went back to the hotel, this second time they put us in a less desirable room and we had to ask them several times to make up our room because they neglected to do so for 2 days.
In the end, they did make up the room but the experience the second time aronf was very different form the first time.

Mediocre
The hotel looks very new. The room was nice, but most rooms are. The service was not appropriate to the standard that reflected from the price.
We checked in quite late, after midnight, the women at the reception was flirting with her boyfriend over the phone and did not stop before we ask her to.
Later, having some problems to turn the light off, we got no reply from the reception. Next morning again no reply from the reception.
The hotel promised a 24/7 coffee corner, the coffee machine was out of order. All together, disappointment.
I will complain to the Manager name Fadi Alwa because @5:00 am the alarm when on I speak only Hebrew at that moment I don’t understand what happened so inmediatly I wake up not knowing what’s going on when I was doing my check out I explain to HIM FADI how upset because I never hear any English announcement and also the previous day I complained about the harder my pillows and the dirtiest of the sheets BUT they will not replaced it
The morning I told FADI ALWA that the Customer is always right he will respond to me that’s Back in the 1980s I very very rude man I will NOT accept rudeness from NOBODY special when I am the unsatisfied Client explaining my Situation I was very very upset to I told him to be quiet I these unkind man with NOT customer service unprofessional attitude RUDE NASTY MANAGER FADI ALWA who doesn’t care for his and employees job Because the hotel without clients goes downhill
I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED These hotel NOBODY because as a tourist I am going to a foreign country to spend money NOT to be treated it like rubbish
Wonderful hotel. Good position to shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff at the hotel, courteous, helpful and offer assistance if needed. Lovely touches with a coffee machine, snacks, water in reception so either have a drink before you go out or in return to the hotel. I would certainly stay here again. I have stated in many bigger hotels in Tel Aviv but preferred the service in this boutique hotel.
Love this new hotel in TLV. Excellent location, amazing roof-top space, great amenities (coffee/beer/snacks/etc.) and friendly young staff. Terrific addition to the options in TLV.
The boutique hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and has lovely features: espresso in the room, whiskey in the lobby, a roof-top, etc. Great location, great stay!
