So very clean. Everyone very polite and courteous. Clean clean clean! Best food anywhere, EVER! Only thing i didn't like, should have 2 coffee pods per guest in room every morning.

Great resort, the room was recently renovated. Restaurant was varied and really good, drinks also very nice, staff was friendly, the pool was beautiful and clean, the beach was small but enjoyable, the show was also fun. Only downside was the lack of wifi in the room

Incredible place- welcoming, relaxing, beautiful, very quiet with attentive service and good food. Could not be any closer to the water-the door of my little casita was only 50 feet from the Gulf. Beach chairs, beach beds, beach service available. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and time with the sea, this is a perfect spot!

Beautiful tropical paradise, beach is white sand with turquoise water. Remote, hidden hotel, with a small restaurant, and it is surrounded by palm trees. You definitely need a car to get there because it is about 1hr 15 mins from Merida. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly.

The staff is friendly and professional. Ricardo, who is in charge of the hacienda went above and beyond expectations. He made us feel very special as he catered to our needs, assuring the relaxing time we were looking during our stay. The breakfast is made to order with good options. We had the opportunity to reserve the dinners during our stay. The experience was delightful with candles illuminating the dining area, excellent choices for the background music and great service. Felt very welcome by the host, Marcos. Was able to do some fishing off the dock and learned a thing or two in his kitchen. Taking home a recipe of his from Spain.

Family owned and operated, very friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. I definitely recommend this stay.

Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc. Great place.
