"Staff was great. Food was horrible and not much to choose from. The pool was under construction and the main part was closed - they should have informed us ahead of time. I have stayed there a few times in the past 2 years and it's really going down hill."

"Truly delightful stay. Comfortable and stylish accommodation, extraordinary terrain with historical buildings full of artistic and vintage artifacts. Secluded yet safe. with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent food in the onsite restaurant. Great for walking around, where birds, iguanas and even monkeys can be spotted. Impressive seiba trees. Artisan pottery souvenirs can be purchased directly from the artist. "

"The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor."
