Apartment located in the back of the building located on the beach front of Melenara. It has an area of 45 square meters, 1 bedroom, two terrace, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Located next to the Paseo de Taliarte, 2 minutes walk from Melenara Beach and 5 from the rock bathing area. The Taliarte-Melenara area is an area visited by the Canaries, it is well known for its restaurants and beaches, these have the distinction of blue flag. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and everything you need without using the car. Recommended rental car although there are combinations to travel to the rest of the island by bus. The airport is 10 minutes away by car, Playa del Ingles 30 minutes away and Las Palmas 20 minutes away,
