"We had a terrible stay at this hotel and had to leave a day early. The road way to the hotel is appalling and full of pot holes. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant, we then got to our room, even before entering you were hit by the smell of damp and mould, we entered the room and straight away had to open windows because of the smell. We then had to kill numerous spiders and upon looking in the bathroom we were greeted by mould around the bath and on the light fitting, the tv...

"The restaurant was closed, despite it being advertised. on their website and hotels.com. No dinner when i arrived late in the evening and no breakfast the following morning, despite booking for B&B. They still had a sheet of paper in the room, advertising the breakfast. No remote for the TV, no phone in the room, the bathroom light constantly flickered - enough to set off an epileptic (I'm not, so all good), no wifi in the hotel. I've stayed here many times in the past. I won't stay here...

"3rd time me and my 12 year old daughter have stayed. We love it. So family friendly. Great staff. Pool is great and breakfast delicious. Added bonus of the gate out the back of the hotel, to get straight on to Telford town park.Already planning our next stay."

"A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. "
