"I was travelling with my dog and booked a non-smoking first floor room because of my mobility issues. I got to the room and the smell of smoke and deodorizer was overwhelming, and I started to have an asthma attack. I called the desk and explained I couldn't stay and she checked me out, and refunded my room charge. The person at check-in was great. As a solo senior female traveller I also didn't feel safe; the outside door didn't require a guest key for admittance (was ajar and wasn't kept locked), the room had a physical key entry that didn't work a deadbolt, and the room window didn't lock. "

"The cabin was perfect, so clean, lots of nice touches, and the very clean hottub was really enjoyed on our snowy weekend stay. Beds were so comfortable, and many choices of pillows. A great get away weekend with our family, we will go back! "

"We enjoyed a beautiful and quiet weekend getaway. The view was spectacular, the house was clean, expertly decorated with a great ambiance for relaxation. We especially enjoyed the added touches for the dog (cleaning blanket, bed, doggie bags) and the added amenities (well stocked coffee/tea bar, wine and snacks on arrival, great smelling soaps). Thank you for the peaceful retreat!"

"Very comfy stay from the furniture to the beds. The decor was very thought out, and the views were fantastic! A great place to watch water fowl and even saw a musk rat. Would highly recommend this place for a cabin retreat."

"The whole building felt dirty. There was an abundance of dead flies littering the floors, and my room had some on the carpeted floor, and even the drawer in the night stand. The bed sheets did not feel clean either. The lack of an elevator, and other amenities were to be expected for the price, but the absence of cleanliness is not acceptable. I would not recommend the place, and i wouldnot go here again"

"The property is very well presented and the owner is very responsive to any queries that you may have. The extra touches when we arrived were a very pleasent addition. We would highly recommend this property. The neighborhhood is still currently under construction with additional houses being built, however, that would not stop us from staying again."
