"We had a fabulous stay. Matthew is a friendly and welcoming host. Room was a good size, as was the bathroom. Had everything we needed, was clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was 10/10, couldn't fault it! Good location, close to the beach, shops and public transport. Would love to stay again! "

"Lovely location very near the beach and within a 20-30 minute walk into the main city centre, pier etc. The room itself was clean, a little compact with two beds but plenty of space for luggage etc. nice to have a sink in the room and the toilets/bathrooms were on multiple floors. "This was like staying with friends for a smart weekend in the country. Ann gave us a guided tour, and later showed me round her hi-tech greenhouse when I expressed an interest. The house and garden are fabulous, our room was huge and elegant with a big comfortable bed and a walk-in rainfall shower.
