"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. "Probably one of the better doubletree hilton hotels we have stayed in. Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was extravagant and dinner was very delicious. Nice place to stop over if you’re travelling from KL to Penang. We saw monkeys as we drove in. The swimming pool with kids water slides was a hit with our little one."
