Hillcrest Farm Market B&B
Hillcrest Farm Market B&BBlack Mountain
10/10 Excellent
This B&B is located on the outskirts of Kelowna, which makes access to the B&B very easy (less than 15 minutes to airport, and less than 15 minutes to downtown). Rooms are nicely appointed and include an indoor seating area and a large, covered outdoor balcony with additional seating. The B&B is also a cafe, which means they can make you lunch to go (ditto for breakfast), or you can come back after a busy morning touring wineries and have a nice meal.
Cons: will need a car

I stayed with 3 dogs but had 2 rooms because of the hotel policy was 2 dogs per room and this hotel was beautiful and it helped that the people staying at the hotel were friendly, kind. It was a beautiful hotel! I stayed with my mother in law and it was convenient, located next to stores, and restaurants.

I had a ground floor room at the rear of the property, away from traffic on Hwy.97.
What I liked was a silent HVAC system and the overall quietness of the room. Everything is maintained well, and the supplied TV was fantastic. The hotel does a very good job with the breakfast buffet, which is served in an atrium style area beyond check-in, and near the indoor pool. There is plenty of seating for different party sizes. Coffee! Very good indeed. One small knock was that I would have...

This modest hotel property has made sone excellent decisions about where to focus their efforts and it shows. Check in and check out were efficient and friendly, the instruction sheet and binder were extremely clear, and everything in the room worked. Yes, parts of the property are a bit dated, but it's centrally located, has a pool, hot tub and sauna, and has a staffed breakfast room. We'll stay there again.
