"Reception staff was very helpful. They gave us a tour of the hotel while walking us to our room. Our over-the-water bungalow was absolutely stunning! Room and bathroom were very clean and all necessities were provided to us. It was a wonderful experience, but I wish it was a little less expensive so we could have afforded more than 1 night there."

It was the perfect size for our family (3 kids), plus it's in a nice area and close to shops and restaurants. We had excellent communication with the hosts who were very kind and helpful! "A wonderful resort with great amenities. My husband and I stayed in an overwater bungalow. It was quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views and so many fish to see while snorkeling. The sunrise and sunset at the beach were beautiful. There was a variety of different cuisines at the buffet, and we enjoyed the dance show at dinner. The Polynesian massage at the spa was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Overall, our time at the resort was one of the highlights of our trip."

"We had an absolutely delightful stay. We were greeted so warmly and were given great recommendations on seeing whales and the best baguettes to buy. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, and right on the lagoon's door where we saw beautiful fish snorkelling. Our only regret is not staying longer! Recommendations: bring reef/water shoes along with snorkelling gear. It is easiest to find the bungalow during the day. "

"Arriving at Michel and Elisabeth's bungalow for our honeymoon was the absolute perfect way to truly unwind and start relaxing. They greeted us so warmly with refreshing drinks and had already thought of everything we could possibly need (hot shower, air conditioning, coffee maker, etc.)The bungalow was our own private slice of heaven. Waking up to the beautiful garden and having direct access to the private beach was a dream. It was the most serene and romantic setting imaginable. Michel and Elisabeth are truly wonderful hosts, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to continue our honeymoon. We will cherish the memories forever."

"This is a wonderful spot to stay. You will need a car, and the road in can be be intimidating at first, but after you’ve done it once or twice it’s fine. Just take it slow. The house is stunning and suits people staying longer (it has a good, big fridge, nice kitchen, and a washing machine). The views are beautiful. The host Virginia is very attentive. "

"The three of us stayed at the Cottage Papaya Moorea for two nights. The place was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. My only suggestion would be having some softer pillows available. I found the pillows to be very firm and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and our stay was pleasant."
