This wonderful spacious home has your name all over it. Bring the whole family or have a friends trip at our peaceful place to stay with lots of room. We have a salt water pool, jacuzzi (the temperature of the pool), and patio area. The perfect place to relax and get away from it all while being only a 3 minute drive to Potrero Beach with restaurants close by and 5 minutes to the center of Potrero for groceries and more restaurants. Features anti-slip floors and teak wood ceilings you will love.

Located in Potrero, this villa is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds, (2 Queen and 4 full beds), this beautiful property offers 3 Full bathrooms and 2 half baths, equipped with a shower, bathtub, bidet, and hair dryer. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, a hair dryer, and a washing machine during your stay. A quaint and terrific place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn Air Conditioner off when leaving and replace remote into the provided holder. Also, please turn the lights off. Thank you
Please return all remotes to their location and close the door and gate when you leave. Thank you.
Please gather used towels and put in the laundry basket provided. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No outside guests. No Smoking on property. Your codes are specific and will be changed on your checkout day. Place AC remotes back in HOLDER. Thank U
Please clean up after yourself. Reasonable maintenance, ie: dishes you use, trash etc. Swim at your own risk. NO DIVING into the pool. No PETS
When LEAVING for the day, turn the AC's OFF. It will cool down in minutes when you return and turn it back on. Thank you for keeping rent affordable

Wonderful house for a vacation stay. The property manager was fantastic with communication. Check in was very easy. The house itself was very clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub and patio are wonderful. We had a great stay and recommend this house.
