"We stayed in one of their comfort rooms which seemed to recently been renovated. It gave a very fresh and clean appearance in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia that we stayed at. Helpful staff. Breakfast with a view of the mountains. However breakfast in Sardinia (which applies to this hotel aswell) is not like the intercontinental breakfast you would get in other countries. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours.
