"The hotel stay was satisfying but the booking in was a nightmare, the hotel had no knowledge of my booking and could not find it on your website, we were made to wait in the reception looking rather embarrassed in front of all the other guests that were booking in whilst they endeavoured to find us two rooms that met our requirements, eventually it was all sorted but not without sum trepidation as to wether we would get our rooms"

"We had a fantastic two night stay. Rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Little messages leftcon the mirror each day from the cleaner. All staff were extremely politecand helpful. Breakfast was probably thr best weve ever had in a hotel. What a selection. Always being topped up. Swimming pool was great. Very clean aroind the pool and changing ooms. We had an evening meal too which was delicious, great value for money. Bar and starbucks open all night and kids can have free items...

Absolute Gem
"From the moment we entered we felt very welcome, nothing could be too much trouble. From reception through to the bar the staff were attentive and amazing. The room was very clean, quality oozed from everything. It was unfortunate that our view from the room was of the car park, but who cares when you can relax in a massive comfortable bed, after showering in a beautiful clean shower with top quality toiletries. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, a good choice on the menu, and pack a punch of flavour, very accommodating for any allergies and intolerances too, without any fuss. There is a drawback though, at the end of your stay you have to leave, but those amazing memories can come with you "
