"Stayed one night when we landed at Birmingham Airport early hours, check in was quick and efficient, cannot comment on food and beverage as we didnt have any, parking was easy and position is excellent for both Airport and motorway, staff on check out were friendly and helpful "

"The room was quiet and spotlessly clean, and had all the necessary amenities . Parking was easy and plentiful. The food at dinner and breakfast was hot, tasy and cooked-to-order. The only downside was the mattress which was obviously well worn and caused me to roll to the edge of the bed. To his credit the manager/ receptionist was shocked when I told him and said he would report it immediately. If guests don't report it, then management can't be blamed as it isnt visible when making up the bed. "

"Great stay but my only complaint is check in…. I’m a disabled traveler and use crutches , I stood in a long Que for a long time yet no members of staff offered any help to me. There should be a disability check in. I stay here year after year and nothing changes. "
