Room was perfect and i was able to turn the aircon off unlike another hotel i usually stay in. Easy to get too, great wifi, close to resort centre and will now be my go to place every 3 months when in Birmingham. "

"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"
