About this property
Coach House Cottage in heart of wine region with vineyard views
- Very cute and updated 1930’s cottage tucked in the middle of wine country under beautiful oak trees and rolling hills. This cottage has a full bath (double stalled shower), living room, full kitchen, and 1 bedroom with new queen size bed. Cottage has amazing views of local vineyards and is only 2 miles from town and 15 miles to the beach.
This cottage was originally built as a Carriage House in the 30's. Its a very unique, charming, quite, cozy place to stay. Ride your bike or drive to local winery's or take a 15 minute drive to the beach. We are right off Highway 46 West. Located in the 'Templeton Gap' you can escape the heat, guaranteed cooler weather here with a slight afternoon breeze from the coastal influence.
Free parking, outdoor space, BBQ, fir-pit and gorgeous views. Less then 1 mile from Paso Port, Hunt Cellars, Niner Wine Estates, 4 Lanterns, Tooth & Nail, Venteux, Lone Madrone Winery, Shale Oak Winery, Red Soles Winery, Linne Calodo Cellars, Turley Wine Cellars and many more.
Owners live on property but your stay will be very private. We have ranch dogs, barn cats, horses and cattle (parts of the year).
