Just loved this place!! Very classy and well organized/runned! Beautiful! They thought of everything! The place is adorable. The room was great and overlooked the pool. We did reserve a room with a view of the water but really couldn't see it.and a high floor but got 2nd floor which was fine. Beautiful little courtyard. Clean room with refrigerator. Spacious . Good location. Can walk to everything. Close to stores and restaurants. 10 minute walk to train station.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious enough. Terrace is nice for relaxing.

5 mins away from The train station. 15 mins away from the public beach. Very convenient. Great breakfast.

We only stayed one night at this hotel and left pre-sunrise, so we really didn't get the full flavor of what the hotel might have had to offer (and certainly didn't get to try their breakfast). What we did experience, however, was comfort and a friendly staff.

We loved our stay at Hotel Muralto and highly recommend it. The property is conveniently located near public transportation (a bus stop right out the door and train station a 5 minute walk). It's a 10 minute walk to old town Locarno, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is well maintained, the room was spotless and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Great location, 5 minutes from the train station. Spotless rooms, great Wi-Fi, and the best value, perhaps, in all of Switzerland. And just for cred, I have been to Europe more than 250 times, so I know hotels.

This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation.
