"There are not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our 24 hours at the Lodge at Goose Creek Farm! My husband made dinner for me in a cast iron over the campfire. We slept snuggled together in a super comfortable bed. The lack of internet invited conversation and games. We got some awesome pictures of the stars in the sky. In the morning, I got to pet a sheep and Lady the horse! I even got to feed the chickens!! Carla and Doug were amazing hosts, let us ask all the questions about living out in rural Tennessee. We even made a pitstop at Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop for some fun souvenirs."

"This quiet, peaceful property is definitely the must go to spot when you need a getaway from the city life. Everything was extremely clean and comfy. The three (3) bedrooms are spot on and had plenty of space and if needed, extra pillows and blankets. Sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs just listening to the animals at the surrounding homes was so relaxing. 10/10 highly recommend."

"My friends and I stayed here for five days and had such a wonderful time! Jimmy is hands down the friendliest and most attentive host I’ve ever experienced. He made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.The property is rustic, incredibly private, and full of charm. There’s a beautiful creek running through it, a garden, and cows, pigs, chickens, and property kitties that make the place even more special. The outdoor shower is fantastic, the fireplace is great, and the pizza oven is amazing—a must-try! Be sure to try Jimmy’s farm-raised meats and eggs, too.Such a great place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Thank you, Jimmy, for making our stay so memorable!"
