"Rooms were immaculate. There are no refrigerators in the room which seemed odd. The coffee service in the room was a bit lame but there is a great coffee shop attached to the lobby and it opens at 6:30 and you can charge it to your room. The location is perfect especially if you are going to the Neptune theatre for a show. It’s steps away from the Neptune. View of Seattle and the mountains is fabulous. The rooms are appointed like no other hotel room that I’ve been in. Interesting, eclectic yet not cluttered with useless adornments. Art deco. Very comfortable furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows didn’t break your neck. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Room was nice, breakfast was pretty good, staff great. I wish that hotels would notify you when their amenities are unavailable or reduced. No hot tub and reduced/strange hours for a murky pool. "

"Very nice hotel - we really enjoyed our stay - we will definitely stay there again. Staff were really friendly and accommodating- great location. I have no hesitation in recommending the Collage Inn. It is not the Hilton for sure but that is why we enjoyed it so much"

Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. I checked out in the afternoon, so most hotels would charge you a full night's price anyways especially if it was already paid through a third party. And she followed up with a nice personal email later. (Let's see if Hotels.com comes through, they've been terrible before). "

"Beautiful tranquil hotel on Lake Washington. This was our second stay and we loved everything about it. Wish we could have stayed longer! The welcome champagne was fantastic, as was the late night snack bar! "
