"I visit OAX regularly for work. The onsite staff are helpful. I stayed in another unit about 6 weeks ago. It was basic and clean. Nothing fancy but served the purpose. The one I'm currently in (#12) smells like urine. It's in a corner without easy access to a car. I value consistency. And don't want to chance getting this room again. And will seek another place for the future."

"The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. He would also take a while to get back to me when I would ask him questions related to the property. "

"Wonderful retreat just minutes from city center. I selected this property because of the amenities. The private patio was an extension of the living space. Our 4 year old grandson could come and go with freedom. The gated community removed us from the street noise but was still easy to get to buses and taxis. "Olga's house in Oaxaca is well-located and very quiet, making it especially suitable for families. The location is a highlight of the property. While our overall experience was positive and we would consider staying again, there were some issues with cleanliness. We found long hairs from previous guests, indicating that the cleaning wasn't thorough. Despite this, the house is nice and we enjoyed our stay"

"The apartment itself is terrific, nicest place I've stayed in Latin America. Roomy rooms, clean functional bathrooms and kitchen. The open air windows provide loads of fresh air and follow the common situation in Latin America of plenty of noise. "This location was about 3 blocks from el zocalo. In a safe and central location, tons of dining options near by. The only down side was the apartment has no air conditioning, there were 2 fans which we used a lot as the rooms became hot and stuffy. Our host had good communication and helped us get our taxi back to the airport, she was very helpful. We had a nice stay. "

"This place should be three stars but I gave it four because of how wonderful the host was and the general cleanliness. There were ants and other bugs as can be expected in many places. Centro was a long walk or short taxi ride anway. Over all very clean minus the smaller additional inhabitants. Plenty of room and in general a great spot."

"The interior of the building and the apartment is gorgeous . Very well appointed. Beautiful wood doors and furniture. The kitchen has everything you would want and need. King size bed Large bathroom. For Mexico it’s luxury at its best. Location is perfect. Two blocks from Santa Domingo Church. Across from Parque Conzatti and one block to Parque Llano. Walking distance to Jalatlaco. Close to a great mercado and to a mini- mall. Restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend. "
