"Terrific little boho b&b in a great neighborhood. Conveniently walkable to the Zócalo and restaurants in El Centro. There are several shared dormitories as well as very comfortable single rooms with private bath. Some of the private rooms have terraces. Staff is super friendly and dedicated to their guests having a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"No aceptaban la reservación, tuvimos que estar menos de 12 horas porque nos dijeron que sólo podíamos estar ahí hasta las 8:30 am, la cama era muy incómoda y el baño estaba sucio. Había muchísimo ruido fe otros inquilinos y nunca hubo presencia de los administradores para hacer algo al respecto. El barrio era tranquilo aunque no había mucho para comer cerca y la regadera tuvo bastante agua caliente."

"The staff of the Parador San Fernando were wonderful and attentive, serving up very tasty breakfasts with local flavors, helping us print boarding passes, answering questions, etc, and were full of warm hospitality. The hotel is just a couple blocks from the Zocalo/downtown and entirely convenient. The room was clean and the shower adequate, though water is precious in Oaxaca city, and so was "low flow". "The interior of the building and the apartment is gorgeous . Very well appointed. Beautiful wood doors and furniture. The kitchen has everything you would want and need. King size bed Large bathroom. For Mexico it’s luxury at its best. Location is perfect. Two blocks from Santa Domingo Church. Across from Parque Conzatti and one block to Parque Llano. Walking distance to Jalatlaco. Close to a great mercado and to a mini- mall. Restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend. "

"A bit outside the main downtown area it was still close enough to get there and back. Taxis were 70 to 80 pesos and I enjoyed the 2km walks. There's a wonderful cafe just across the street as well."
