"We loved this hotel! It has such a cute and authentic feel. The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with cold AC, and the location is very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. One night, the club next door was a bit loud, but they provide earplugs (which we didn’t end up needing). Parking is limited in the area, but you really don’t need a car in this location. "This was a beautiful stay and alan and the staff were really cool and it was overall an amazing vibe. You can see the beach from the top floor and theres such beautiful common areas that are relaxing and extremely quiet and peaceful. When we return to escondido we will definetly be staying again."

"What I liked most about this hostal is that it attracts all sorts of friendly people from around thw world and that thye hodt an event pretty much each day, keeping you engaged in the community. "I cannot recommend Ginger Banana enough! The hostel is nice and centrally located. The space is calm, clean, and cute.The space was great, but the best part of Ginger Banana was the people! The staff seriously went above and beyond to help me navigate the city/find tours and make me feel welcome. They helped me feel comfortable and taken care of as a solo traveler. If you’re looking to visit Oaxaca City, definitely stay here."

"Terrific little boho b&b in a great neighborhood. Conveniently walkable to the Zócalo and restaurants in El Centro. There are several shared dormitories as well as very comfortable single rooms with private bath. Some of the private rooms have terraces.
