Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. "This was a really great place for our large group of 14. The home was really cool, had plenty of beds, and was well kept for us.The host was also responsive and helpful throughout our trip.The location was also really great for our group. We were in walking distance of some cool areas and had quick access to cheap Ubers if we needed to go further.The rooftop patio was also a great spot for our whole group to hang out together.5 stars!"

"Stayed here with my friends for a bachelorette and it’s the perfect place for it. Very clean place, the photos are accurate, and it is so spacious. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in the Polanco area as the location is fantastic. Host was very responsive and accommodating."
