"I booked this listing with the understanding that we were going to be the only occupants. Upon arrival we discovered a gated and locked staircase to the upper level. Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. "We had an awesome time at this property. The property is walking distance to both La Condesa and La Roma Norte. Also, its great for large groups as everyone gets their own bedroom and most bedrooms have their own bathroom. Highly recommend using the property's concierge service they offer. "

"Stayed here with my friends for a bachelorette and it’s the perfect place for it. Very clean place, the photos are accurate, and it is so spacious. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in the Polanco area as the location is fantastic. Host was very responsive and accommodating."

"Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. I sent several messages to cancel these...

"Really nice house, well equipped in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood close to many things to do. Large bedrooms and bathrooms."

"The property itself is majestic and located in an absolutely beautiful area of the city. It is very safe and secure. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time on the two terraces. I highly recommend staying at this property!"

"This hotel is a walk away from basically anything you need. Everything is basically about 3 blocks away. Street tacos Los Coucuyos is half a block away. You have everything you can possibly need within a 10 min walk"

"Great location. Really close to roma norte with so many restaurants and options to eat. Uber rides were easy and very affordable to get. The hotel was under construction during my visit so it was looking a little dirty, however u can see that they are upgrading it so thats great. Didnt have my own car but they do have parking in the building. Would def stay here again. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out were fast and easy. We were able to leave our bags stored safely with the receptionist, as we arrived way before check in time and they didnt have early check in availabile."
