Casa Fernanda was truly a wonderful experience from the moment of arrival to check out. The service was impeccable, and the guest advisors, were world class (especially Arantxa). I traveled as a solo woman from CDMX and they provided me with clear directions on how to arrive from CDMX without any problems. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing! Their products were top quality, and the on-site spa was one of the best I have ever experienced in my travels. I enjoyed the pool every day...

Being able to check in way past after midnight was helpful as our flight landed close to midnight, it helped that we had a reservation so our room was ready for us regardless of when we got there, but not having to worry about whether there was a room available was a weight off our shoulders

Close to restaurants and shopping

We stayed at holiday inn media sur for two nights. We were traveling from out of the country and found the hotel very conveniently located since we were getting seen at the hospital. The staff was wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. They helped set us up with a taxi to the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall we had a very good experience. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent

The staff is amazing! The staff really goes above and beyond! Very friendly, pleasing and attentive. You will feel at home. Our room had a bedroom, a living room and a terrace with the pool right outside our door. Great food at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel! :)))

Staff was very friendly. They felt like a family
