Cheguei e nem o chuveiro com água aquecida nem a televisão estavam funcionando. No segundo dia o aquecedor do chuveiro voltou a funcionar mas a tv permaneceu sem funcionar mesmo eu chamando o serviço de quarto para verificar em diversos momentos.

Atendimento excelente, café da manhã com variedades, self-service na hora do almoço muito bom! O quarto deixa a desejar, já que a acústica não é muito boa, o chuveiro bem fraco e o ar condicionado começou a pingar!

A estadia foi horrível, embora a localização seja ótima. Por ocasião de um evento de coachings, fizeram algazarra a noite toda, gritavam como animais, impossibilitando que pudéssemos dormir durante a madrugada. No dia da chegada, fomos ao restaurante e a demora no serviço foi decepcionante. Além disso, tivemos de trocar de quarto após a primeira noite, pois o aparelho de ar estava pingando em cima da minha cabeça.

Decepção na estadia em Teresina - Hotel Uchoa

Foi péssima, pagamos por quarto superior com cama king e nos deram quarto standard com cama queen. O hotel sequer se preocupou em corrigir isto. Restaurante com cardapio faltando varios pratos. Pessoal da recepcao antipaticos e não fazem questão de auxiliar os hospedes.

Melhorar o atendimento ao hospede

Tivemos um problema de vazamento de agua do ar condicionado na cama, o cofre nao fucioanava e um vazamento na ducha do banheiro. Na troca de quarto nao tivemos qualquer auxilio na mudanca de quarto pelos fucnionarios. Nao gostei tambem do atendimento em geral com excecao da funcionaria que preparava o cafe da manha (omeletes, tapiocas, etc).
