This property was the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Big Bend. It was very convenient to Terlingua and Big Bend. Lots of parking and walking distance to the gas station which had a very good buffet breakfast.

Entrance to park and the scenic drive were close by. Interesting Ghost Town of Terlingua with restaurants minutes away. Dark sky at nighttime. It’s old but well maintained and clean.

I checked in on the late side but the staffer at the front desk was very helpful. He gave me some great suggestions on where to eat and best places to visit in the park during my short trip. And the room was very clean, super cute decor and comfy bed. Would definitely go back!

For a motel in a middle of nowhere town it was clean and updated. The ac was so so and the shower didn’t work well. The beds are crazy hard and uncomfortable.

This hotel is better than our expectations. The beds are clean and the nearby facilities are very helpful. It is very close to the west gate of Big Bend. The petrol station next is convenient but the price is higher which is understandable. For us new to this place and even the country, we feel it is very western. The kids observed thundering and lightning at night. They also enjoyed the stars of the Milky Way. We enjoyed our stay although the last day was heavy rain. We strongly suggest this hotel.

My room had a mini fridge and microwave. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room, bed, bathroom and A/C. Outside might be a harsh environment but my room was an oasis. The general store was a two minute drive. The gas station was across the street and next door was the post office. And, the entrance to the Big Bend Park was very close. Also, FM170 to Presidio was next to the motel.

Very clean motel in Terlingua at an affordable price. Check-in was easy and staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was neatly decorated and bed was comfortable, but if you're old like me and bring neck support while you sleep be sure to bring your own pillows; the ones supplied by BBS are very soft. Great place to stay - will be visiting again.

Small but clean and all rooms in both buildings have been re-done/ refreshed. Nice and helpful owners. Smart tv, microwave, coffee maker. Solid.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff helped with the television remote. The air conditioning was adequate with the 110 degree weather outside. The parking was great. We well stay there again.
