"Odanın durumu iyiydi. Personel olarak resepsiyon ve restorant dışında kimse göremedik. Havuz ve spa bölümü başıboş şekildeydi. Havuz kurallarını kontrol eden yoktu ve havuz etrafında biriken sular temizlenmiyordu. Kayan ve düşen çok oldu. Şükür bir kaza olmadı. Otel büyük bir otel ama bakımsız bölgeleri var. Ufak tefek bakım ile iyi olabilir. Restoranda yemek saatleri kuyruk oluyor. Çok fazla çeşit olmamasına rağmen neden kuyruk var anlaşılır değil. Açık büfede sıcaklar dışındaki ürünler...

"I had a wonderful stay stay here. The hotel staff went out above and beyond with acts of kindness to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible for me because I am traveling for medical reasons. I always know that booking a Radisson hotel is a safe bet, but this one is definitely the most attentive one I have stayed at. I highly recommend staying here for a layover or a relaxing break, the hotel has large grounds with many recreational amenities for hotel guests to enjoy, it is also only 5 minutes from SAW airport. Thank you! I will certainly return. 🙏 "
