"The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check-in early. Great location, fully stocked including wine, juice, bottle water, coffee and croissants. 10 minute walk to the Vatican with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend this property!"

"This place should be more clear that it is a rental by an owner. This is not the place to go if you will be arriving after dark. If you have never been here before, it was very scary. When we arrived it was a random door with a couple of call buttons on it. We pushed the button for this place and the door opened to complete darkness. We had no idea where we were going, because I was not able to get information from the owner. We were able to get help from a store owner that was next to the door, that was able to call the owner of the place. We were finally able to find out where and what we needed to do. My husband had to turn his flashlight on his phone so we could see where we were going. We had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs in the dark. Once we were able to finally get into our room, it was nice, but I would never stay here again. It was a very scary experience for our first time in Rome."

"We stayed at Hotel Traiano for one night prior to our cruise. Although it is approximately a 15-minute walk from the downtown area, we found it easy to reach on foot. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the cruise port for a nominal fee, which is especially helpful when traveling with luggage. The front desk staff were efficient, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, providing a peaceful and comfortable stay."

"Anne, the owner of the property was very helpful. She helped arrange our transportation from the airport to the hotel, which was flawless. The room was well maintained. You must read all the information about the property because there is NO elevator. The property is a historical property and the country will not allow one, so get your work out ready. There are places of restaurants in the area and the Port is close, but with bags, get a ride. Anne will help you for small fee. If I was heading back or recommend a place there it would be here."
