"The experience was wonderful from the time we entered the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant patio was amazing with magnificent view and a delicious menu and their breakfast buffet was nice as well. If we ever return to Mürren, we will be back."

"This is a nice older hotel. It is comfortable, but not exceptional. I visited in summer and was very happy to enjoy the cooler weather and more quiet town. I travelled with my dog and was happy with the hotel and the walks."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Alpenrose and would highly recommend the hotel to other travelers. The view from our balcony was unbelievable… worth the stay just for the view. The room was clean and bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was great and the multiple course dinner with a new menu each night was delicious (and cheaper than other dinners we had in town). The pickup/drop off service to the train station was very helpful because some of the hills with heavy luggage would be challenging. Overall, highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future!!"
