"We enjoyed a delightful two weeks staying at Villa Il Borrachio in September. Apartment Azalea is spacious, well equipped and set on two floors. The two bedrooms on the first floor have double beds and en-suites whilst the bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds with a bathroom located on the other side of the kitchen/dining area. "Staying at a villa and property like this was a dream come true. As you’ve read the pictures just do not do it justice. The view is spectacular. Our host was so charming and helpful. We had a cooking class with Jacopo from "Let's Cook" which was so much fun. We also did a Chianti Wine and Food Safari with Walkabout tours that was fantastic. All of Caterina suggestions were so helpful even down to the drivers she recommended. Having this Villa to come home to each night was the icing on the cake."

"We had the most amazing time at Il Poggio! The property is well maintained, Roberta and Marina were incredible, and the location could not be beat. We took day trips (by car) to Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Orvieto, and Montalcino, all of which were easily and quickly accessible. Each of our five guests (two couples, one single!) had their own floor and bathroom. We cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, drank wine while watching the sunrise on the patio, and were transported to the past walking...

"Alessio’s dropped a pin for location & directions which took all the stress off finding the place. The property is spotless whilst soaked in rustic charm and beautifully presented. The rooms are super comfortable with every convenience. The pool, gardens, table tennis table, football game all ready and waiting for you to play. An amazing holiday venue."

"Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and easy for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The house was beautiful, very clean and our host was most gracious. Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. After the dinner our host organized for us at a local restaurant we returned to having a fire pit and wood on the patio. They went above and beyond...

"This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. We still can not believe how little we paid for the week, this would have easily been 3 times the amount in the US. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and Olive orchards; the only downfall was the massive amount of stink bugs that were out this time of year. We even brought one home with us ;). "We had a wonderful stay in Siena. You absolutely can't beat the views and the location! We were a short drive into the heart of Siena and were able to take day trips in all directions to other beautiful towns in Tuscany. The host was absolutely amazing. She greeted us upon check in and helped us at a moment's notice throughout our trip...even helping us make phone calls because we could not speak the language enough to do so. The property is spectacular. The views from the patio can't be beat...

"Villa Franchetti was more than we could've have asked for - beautiful, clean and authentic. Jannet went out of her way to help us organize a surprise birthday dinner for my husband, and I couldn't have done it without her! I would highly recommend the Villa - the location was perfect for accessing the many Tuscan villages. We were so sad to leave, but did so with wonderful and beautiful memories."

"I brought my family (5 adults with 80 y/o mother) to Italy for Easter Holiday. Property was beautiful, easy to find and to get to off A1 allowing us to get to many local Tuscany attractions. House was perfect for adults with ample sitting areas, large bedrooms and bathrooms.
