"Food was ok ! Very expensive for what we had , I would try another hotel on my next trip , very nervous staff not very relaxed especially at the restaurant tre olive, and there is no coffee in the room and could not get my pants and shirt ironed"

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very close to the main ferry and bus station and doesn’t require you to ascend any stairs, making it easy to transport a large suitcase there and take day trips to Capri and Positano. Upon checking in, the lady at the front desk gave us a map of the region and sent someone to bring our bags up for us. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. "We stayed two nights here. It’s very difficult to access, many stairs with luggage but checkin was smooth. Room was very clean….air conditioning is controlled by a weird system exiting and entering. Not bad unless it doesn’t work correctly. Also, we had booked a terrace view and felt deceived. It’s a view of the bus depot and parking lot. Not known based on pics. Did not use.
