When we checked in the said we didn’t have breakfast included and it was $21pp. Since we didn’t have breakfast we took our time in the am and when we checked out the woman said you’re leaving without taking advantage of the included buffet? We sat down for 5 mins cause we had plans to get to. Very disappointed. When I booked it didn’t say we had to pay for parking which we had to pay $12 for. We had a nice room but the bathroom shower kinda sucked and the panel under the sink fell off. We paid a decent amount to stay at a Hyatt and it was NOT worth it. "
