"Great hotel."

"The staff was amazing and very friendly throughout my stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. There were a few maintenance issues, however. The bathtub drained very slowly, and the toilet also had drainage issues. The air conditioner needed to be left running continuously because whenever I set it to 73 degrees and left the room, I would return to a musty odor that smelled like dirty carpet, almost as if the room had been a smoking room at some point. Additionally, none of the trash cans had garbage bags, which was inconvenient. Parking was also a challenge. A pickup truck with a trailer was taking up several parking spaces, and by 10:00 PM there were very few spots available. It would be helpful if the hotel designated specific parking areas for oversized vehicles and trailers so they don't occupy multiple guest parking spaces. Overall, the staff was excellent, but there are a few areas that could be improved."

"If you see this, please don't stay here. I had driven 8 hours and it was well after midnight, and was only needing a place to sleep for a bit for continuing my drive - but I STILL almost ate the cost of staying here to go pay same-day rates at somewhere nearby. The lamps in the room were not great, which is the only reason I actually stayed there - If I had seen it in the daylight like I did the next morning I would have given up the money (room was prepaid), and just dealt with getting screwed on last-minute cost nearby. At checkin, I was given a master key and several room numbers to look at and choose which was best: #1: smelled terribly of mold, mildew, and smoke. no pillow, no comforter, very unclean. #2: there were open paint cans, brushes and rollers in the room; but based on the state, I don't think they had actually painted anything in this room yet. However, the smell of paint did not overcome the smell of mildew. Also no pillow or comforter. #3: least bad-smelling, had a pillow, shower rack pulled off the wall. Kitchenette was filthy and cupboards looked like they were falling off the wall - but I had no intention of using them regardless. I already had a headache, so went with #3 because it was the most tolerable odor-wise and had a pillow, and was close to the office and parking lot. It wasn't until I returned to the room that I saw behind a half-wall that not only was there mold and mildew growing and visible on the floor and wall, but also cigarette butts."

"Bugs all over two different rooms not Clean. Elevator was questionable loud sounds and pools was not open and wasn’t told it was closed until We tried to open the door. The staff wasn’t very helpful. Gave us an attitude when we told her our key card wasn’t working. She gave me one key card for three adults in the room."
