The Space:

Floor-to-ceiling glass and a north-facing aspect fill the generous open-plan apartment with natural light, while the seamless single-level layout creates an easy, comfortable base for families or groups of up to 6.

The terrace catches the sun from morning until late afternoon and includes a BBQ grill for relaxed outdoor meals. Inside, the living area has a comfortable leather sofa, TV and dedicated workspace. Central air conditioning and heating support year-round comfort, from warm summer days to cooler winter nights.

The stone kitchen is well appointed for easy group cooking, with quality appliances, an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining essentials. A washer and dryer are also provided in the apartment.
