Located on entry level of the complex, Saltwater #1 offers decor best described as colonial with a Balinese twist. This tidy apartment with wood floorboards and air conditioning in the living spaces contains an entertaining deck, which overlooks the Terrigal bowl. It also features access to shared common grassed area with a clothes line. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, built-in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and built-in robes, while bedroom 3 contains two single beds.
